Just who are we?

In itself the MBIT brand is not remarkable, but then was never intended to be. MBIT simply stands for 'Matthew Bennett - IT Training' however it has existed as a driving force to focus the business aim. This aim is to provide expert, competent and specialist IT training.

Matthew is a celebrated professional with a proven track record of success. His 14 years within the Education sector has led to work as Curriculum Developer, Examinations Officer, Quality Manager, Advanced Practitioner as well as Technical Trainer. He has worked for a variety of notable companies in both a consultancy and training capacity and has now taught several thousand individuals on both Government-funded and private sector courses.

WHY MBIT

When MBIT was formed in 2013 it was clear that the IT training marketplace is large and the training offered was varied in terms of both content and quality. Matthew demanded that MBIT Training held the following values:

- Provide expert, high-class training to the delegates.

- Ensure that technical knowledge is correct and only the most recent techniques are used.

- Draw from experience to demonstrate how productivity can be improved through the most effective use of IT.

- Intuitive use of IT can reduce costs, save time and increase productivity.

In 2013, after the delivery of a Server 2012 course Matthew realised that some employers send their staff onto training courses to improve their skillset. For EU companies mandates now exist where the workforce regularly retrain to ensure that their knowledge is current. This is still in its infancy in the UK, so Matthew wanted to encourage UK businesses to follow suit and by doing so ensure that their workforce is 'relevant, recent and productive'.

One of the aims of MBIT is to work with not-for-profit organisations and other agencies keen to improve the IT skills of people within the local geographical area.  With this in mind, MBIT is keen to work with:

Students looking to increase their technical skills for personal gain, or Career Advancement

IT Professionals wishing to retain their skills (IT skills are monitored by the completion of a relevant IT accredited exam which is renewable every 3 years (2 years for Software Development)

IT Managers wishing to get the best out of their investment, also align internal customers with their new systems

IT Managers wishing to integrate their systems to provide a more effective and connected solution.

Training managers wishing for expert training from industry professionals. We will ensure that our training team always use the most recent training provided by vendor partners to meet your needs.

Human Resource / Personnel managers wishing for a reliable solution from a company with a positive, proven track record who can bring the solution to you.

MBIT Training are pleased to work with other IT training companies, both large and small. MBIT works with a variety of training organisations who outsource their training requirements where their in-house training staff have yet to qualify, or where there is not sufficient demand for wide-scale rollout of courses.
