Train a Trainer is a 1 day course that utilises a blend of presented thoery, and practicle exersizes.

The Train a Trainer course has been designed to empower managers by helpping enable them too effectively train their teams so that they can reach their full potential as well as moulding them into successful teams capable of achieving their targets and more.

To achieve this the course with help the students understand how successful training meets its objectives and how learners gain from the training process. The Train a Trainer course will also enable the students to develop a training course and prepare for its delivery, while also providing space for the students to practice delivering a training course.
